One of our greatest strengths is our ability to assist a customer through the planning and design stage of a tough or unusual application. We'll assist you with a special pin requirement...make suggestions, offer alternatives.

Many of our customers have faxed a sketch or hand drawn print to help us clearly identify their need. If it's difficult to describe, just fax or email a picture. We will be happy to be of assistance.

We are also happy to submit prototype samples, through this process, for proper fit and testing. We want to be sure that you're getting exactly what you want and need for the job.
